Act On Poverty is a Colorado nonprofit 501c(3) Corporation. We are an all-volunteer organization, and 100% of the dollars raised go to helping students.
Mission and History
Our mission is to help graduates of alternative high schools in the Denver metro area continue their education in a manner that will lead them to gainful employment and away from a life in poverty. We accomplish this by helping students in High School formulate a career plan, helping them finance that plan, and mentoring them in the execution of that plan.
